Loved the canal view, but the stairs were a workout after exploring all day!

We absolutely loved watching gondoliers from our room's balcony—what a view! The staff went above and beyond, organizing our water taxi upon arrival. Plus, the close proximity to fabulous eateries like Masiero Annalisa made our culinary journey unforgettable.

There’s only one thing I didn’t like, and that was the bed. It was a bit too firm for my back, but if you like a solid mattress, it would totally earn a 10/10.

Staying at Domus Superior was a delight. The canal view from my room was mesmerizing, with gondolas passing by regularly. The decor of the room was exceptional, reflecting a charming Venetian style. Housekeeping kept everything impeccably clean, and the comfortable bedding made for fantastic nights. Plus, the mini fridge and coffee facilities were convenient for our stay. However, the stairs were a challenge, especially after a long day of exploring. There's no elevator, and climbing to the third floor was exhausting at times. I did appreciate the staff's quick responses to my queries, adding to the overall positive experience, but the check-out time seemed too early at 10:30 AM, which felt rushed. Despite these minor inconveniences, the location was perfect, just a short walk to St Mark's Square and other attractions. I would gladly recommend this place for its beauty and ambiance.

The lack of a lift is a hassle, especially after a long day. climbing the stairs with baggage is no walk in the park. Privacy is an issue with sheer curtains that allow balconies across the canal to see directly into the room. The shower’s water pressure could use a boost, making it less refreshing than expected.

I had an amazing stay! The duplex suite's unique layout added charm, and the views of gondolas from my balcony were breathtaking. The only downside was the many stairs.
